Video File Processing

Producers, please be aware the video files sent off to Archive.org are taking about 3-days to return back to Seattle Community Media.  Be sure to plan your workflow accordingly.  

Patience will be important.  In light of this, if you think you're thinking of resubmitting, please be sure NOT to resubmit the exact same Episode page.  If you resubmit, be sure to change the title of the video file slightly.  

Very important:  If you resubmit the exact same page and titled video file you will definitely cause an issue.  As mentioned in various tutorials, news items etc on this website, when you submit multiple Episode pages or video files with the exact same title, the system does not know which page or which video file to utilize.  When this occurs, the system will do nothing with any of those same titled pages or video files.
