Studio Reservation

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled studio time and be respectful of others' use of the shared space. All pre-production, including graphics, must be done prior to entering the studio. You must complete your session in the studio on or before the scheduled end time, or your production may be interrupted so the next user can begin on time. Productions must be completed at least 15 minutes prior to the end of the reserved time in order for staff to do a walk-through before the next production.

If you must cancel, please notify us by e-mail at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance so that we may attempt to fill your time slot with another studio user. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maximize the use of this limited resource while sharing access with everyone who needs it.
