A WOMAN was allegedly gang-raped by a mum-of-three, her lover and a teen pal, a court heard.
The jury was told the victim suffered “vile abuse, intimidation and humiliation” while being held in a cellar.
Samantha Hart, Charlie Olding and Lee Kitchiner allegedly filmed the women throughout her ordeal.
All three are on trial at Maidstone Crown Court, Kent, accused of rape, false imprisonment and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
Olding, from Chatham, Kent, and Kitchiner, now 18 and from Strood, Kent, are also accused of assault causing actual bodily harm to the alleged victim.
The jury was told Hart has pleaded guilty to the assault charge.
The court heard Hart accused the victim of sexual activity with Olding, 22, after the pair lost a baby through miscarriage.
She is alleged to have slapped the woman and threatening to stab her with a “Rambo knife”, when she denied it.
Hart also then forced the alleged victim to perform a sex act on Olding, the court heard.
Cops found more than 30 videos of the woman, jurors were told, with some including her being kicked and slapped and being sexually assaulted.
Prosecutor Daniel Stevenson said the complainant’s account of her ordeal in September last year was backed up by the footage found on Olding’s phone.
He said: “These three defendants are accused of assaulting the victim, of falsely imprisoning her, and of subjecting her to verbal threats and abuse, and physical and sexual assaults.
“It is plain (from the recordings) that Ms Hart refused to even let the complainant speak, unless she permitted it, that she was not free to do anything in that cellar, and whatever she was allowed to do was dependent entirely on Ms Hart permitting it.
“She was not free to leave. She was therefore held against her will.”
The court heard Hart had ordered the alleged victim to come to her home, and demanded she swore on Hart’s dead child’s life she hadn’t engaged in sex acts with Olding.
‘HELD AGAINST HER WILL’
Jurors were told threats were made to burn down the victim’s house, before she offered them money to be left alone.
Mr Stevenson said: “The complainant was called a b***h, a slut, and a skank. She was slapped, punched and kicked by Ms Hart. She was told she would get stabbed and sliced up.
“She said that Mr Olding assaulted her by throwing a deodorant can against her.
“He told her that if she told anyone what had happened he would get someone to beat her up.”
A compilation of the videos found on Olding’s phone was played to the jury after Judge Philip Statman ordered the public gallery be cleared.
In the one clip, the three defendants could be heard laughing at the woman.
The court heard she was eventually left alone and waited until the door was open before fleeing and contacting the cops.
Olding claimed his girlfriend had instructed the victim to perform a sex act on him against his wishes but with the woman’s consent.
Kitchiner denied when interviewed that he had encouraged anyone to engage in sexual activity with the alleged victim without her consent.
The trial continues.
