The former Teen Mom OG star wrote in her self-published book: “Yes, it’s true, I got plastic surgery and with that responsibility and freedom, there is a lot I learned. I am grateful I got to show or document pretty much my first to my last procedure publicly. That includes even the mess-ups.
“There will be those insecure times with plastic surgery, where it’s not like the amazing boob job that just changes your world where life is going to stay sunny and pour money all over you, no I’m talking about when I got a chin implant.”
Farrah claimed she “did not ask for it,” as she went in for a “rhinoplasty” and was “in disbelief.”
The reality star continued to write: “The doctor asked me to allow one year to see if it would settle and see if I liked it without all of the swellings. I gave it a year and I was back a year later ready to get that taken out wide awake.
“That year with something on my face that literally had me probably the most insecure I had ever been in my life, all I remember was my friends staring at my chin when I talked or my mom calling me a witch, look it’s unbearable.”
She claimed she was at “one of the lowest points” in her life that year, as she made “bad choices not only sexually probably trying to feel body-positive, but mentally and relationship wise.”
Farrah then mentioned her 2013 sex tape Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom with porn star James Deen.
She penned: “[While] most people were distracted by sensationalism, sex symbol, status symbol, porn industry or envy of money, etc. I never liked to look back at that tape for one reason: MY CHIN IMPLANT!
“That also played a part in me miss handling legalities, and responsibilities I needed to take on at that time but I was not in the emotional or mental state to handle the legal issues I was faced with at such a dark and insecure time for me.”
Farrah continued the whenever she looks back on photos or YouTube videos, her chin “freaks” her out.
Farrah, who was 22 at the time, underwent a 40-minute procedure under local anesthesia to remove the implant.
She underwent a breast augmentation in 2010 before undergoing a rhinoplasty and chin implant in 2012.
Farrah then underwent a second breast augmentation in 2013 to increase her cup size from C to D.
That same year, she received lip injections.
In 2015, she underwent a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure.
She told Daily Mail: “I’m thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area to fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible. I was happy to learn about new incision placement for better results as opposed to under the breast for my pain and burning to stop.”
Also in her memoir, Farrah revealed when Child Protective Services threatened to take her daughter Sophia, now 12, away from her.
In the tell all, she discussed her mother Debra Danielsen’s domestic abuse arrest against her back in 2010.
She wrote: “I got kicked out of my house after calling the police for domestic violence, yet the police pulled out a gun and said he was going to shoot my mom while pointing at her head, yet my mom had two kitchen knives in her hands, and I was bloody when I had to talk them both into calming down.
“The cycle of trauma and violence would not continue or someone was literally [going] to die over a call to stop violence.”
Farrah, who was 18 at the time, claimed the arrest led to being “threatened by CPS to take my child because of elders’ actions that were unsafe.”
She wrote that she lived out of her car with Sophia, 12, for a couple of days.
According to reports, Debra allegedly grabbed her daughter by the throat and “hit her along the side of her head and hit her in the mouth” with Sophia present.
Debra pleaded guilty.
She got a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and received probation.
