At long last, after a very long year or two of fire-fighting and fixing, we are finally nearing the point of retiring the old SCM website.  It has served its purpose well, but has become far too difficult to maintain a running state, and simply impossible to add new features or to keep up with the latest technology.

If you are reading this, then you are already seeing the new website that "the world" will see. The old site has been split into two different websites - the public facing www.seattlecommunitymedia.org website, and the new producer specific site at producers.seattlecommunitymedia.org.  Both are still very much a work in progress, but we hope to have them both functionally complete between now and the end of the year, with the scheduling and advanced Producer Dashboard fully operational by the end of the first quarter of 2019.

Producers Take Note! - all procedures and routines for getting your shows to us remain the same. This launch step is for the "public facing" aspect of the website only!. You will be advised when the new producer site and tools are ready for your use, with full instructions about how to begin.  In the meantime, continue to use the Legacy site for these tasks.

We are very excited about getting all of this to you in its finished state, but it is a very precarious and complicated path that we have ahead of us doing so, so we ask you to be patient as we move information from the old to the new, insuring accuracy and relevance.
