HUNGER Games actor Josh Hutcherson just sold his Los Angeles treehouse home for $2.9 million.
Ellen DeGeneres and the late Heath Ledger previously owned the 4,300-square-foot tranquil property.
Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, the house was built in 1951 and features two bedrooms, two baths and plenty of space to stretch out and relax, according to The Agency’s listing.
Polished concrete make up the floors inside the 1,861-square-foot interior, while wood-beamed ceilings help give it that treehouse-style feel.
The master suite includes a walk-in closet, and the kitchen houses top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Miele appliances.
A dishwasher, washer-dryer and central air conditioning are all included.
There are six parking spaces, including the two-door garage.
The living room features a fireplace and glass walls, which let plenty of natural light into the Laurel Canyon home, as well as easy access to the massive 2,500-square-foot deck outside.
The large outdoor space features a grill and a screening room and looks out at a forest of trees.
Ellen paid $1.3 million for the home before selling it to Heath for $2.3 million. His estate sold off the property after his death for $2.5 million.
