HOW DOES JENNIFER BOHARSKI HAVE ANY STANDING IN THE APPEAL COURT??????

Is it self dealing for Jennifer Boharski , who is an assistant Attorney General to be representing someone in the Appeal- Does she represent Dan Smerken? 

 

The Appeal was ended and the case was back to Superior Court for the Guardian to pay for the Clerk's papers out of the money he took from the Hamlin account in February 2012.  Why was Jennifer Boharski, a State of Washington Assistant Attorney General,  on the Appeal and why wasn't Julie Schisel , who represented Dan Smerken on the Appeal?

 

How does Jennifer Boharski have any standing to represent anyone on the Appeal???

 

Why didn't  the attorney for Avis Hamlin argue that Jennifer Boharski had not standing and that Dan Smerken should pay the Clerk's papers.

Why did the case get Mandated when the money was still taken and the issue of the Court hearing while the Court house was closed was still an issue?

 

How can Jennifer Boharski operate above the Law and go to the Court house when it is closed on a Snow Day and get Nancy Bradburn Johnson to sign an order when the courthouse is closed to the public for all court services in violation of their oaths of Article 1 section 10 and 20.  The court must be open and it was closed.

 

I dont know and no one else seems to care.  But it is a sad day when attorney's and judges or should I say a Commissioner can operate against thier oath and hold a hearing on a day the court house is closed to court services because it is closed for snow.

 

  Why didn't Dan Smerken pay for the Clerk's papers on Appeal since he had Hamlin money to do so.

 

What is going to happen with the extra money Dan Smerken has of the Hamlin's now. 

 

Why wasn't any of the Attorneys sanctioned for this case? 

 

 

I guess no one cares.

 

 

 

 Isn't it improper for Julie Schisel to allow Dan Smerken to keep diverting....

 

   Isnt it mail fraud for Dan Smerken to get mail that does not belong to him. 

 

Why hasn't he filed a stop or change to stop that and why did he do it in the first place?  Isn't that Mail Fraud?  Isn't Dan Smerken's Actions Criminal? 

 

Why doesn't Carol Smith, of the Guardian board in Olympia investigation of Dan Smerken doing anything?

Why was it ok for Sally Lanham to assault me in Court?

 

Why is it ok for these people (Sally Lanham,  Dan Smerken, Jennifer Boharski and Julie Schisel )   to engage in False Swearing and intimidation of a witness?
