Is Your File Getting Stuck?

If you ARE having issues with stuck files, please read and follow these directions...

While we've published news items about this, many producers are not following the instructions.  If nothing else, remember, you can only have one of anything in the system. Just ONE!  If you submit anything with the same title, you now have two, or in some producers cases more, identically named things in the system and just ensured you'll have a problem. 

 

To make them clearer:

- Follow the directions on the Episode page and don't submit until your information is complete!

- NEVER submit an episode titled the same as anything you've ever submitted before.

- NEVER submit a video file with the same title as anything you've ever submitted before.

 

If you make a mistake or submit an incomplete Episode page or need to edit your Episode page:

- NEVER edit your Episode page, start a brand new page by clicking in the box on the lower right of your page.

- NEVER delete an incorrect Episode page you've already submitted.

- If you ignore the item just above this and want to delete it anyway, wait until you've created its replacement, and remember, NEVER submit an episode titled the same as anything you've ever submitted before.  AND NEVER submit a video file with the same title as anything you've ever submitted before.  The system logged the page and video file when you submitted it.  Deleting does not remove this information from the system, it just removes the page you've created from being visible on the web.  

- NEVER click back to save time and start another Episode page using the last one your submitted.  You will only edit the original page in doing this.  You are NOT submitting anything new.

- If you ignore the item just above this, remember, NEVER submit an episode titled the same as anything you've ever submitted before.  AND NEVER submit a video file with the same title as anything you've ever submitted before.
