Audio Issues on SCM Channel 77 Resolved
Comcast has been working to shift Seattle Community Media and SCCtv off of old hardware to improve broadcast performance. The shift has gone relatively smoothly. Late last week SCM's audio suffered the consequences of this shift though, and the audio level is incredibly low. We have resolved this issue.
To finish this process there will be a short audio outage on Tuesday, June 2nd at 9:00am. The outage will last about 5-minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The audio issue is unrelated to the broadcast issues we were suffering late Wednesday through Friday. Those issues have been resolved. They stemmed from conflicts within our own IT system and affected not only the broadcast, but the SCM website.
