Do I have the option to store footage, graphics, scripts and other stuff at Seattle Community Media?

Printer-friendly version

Yes.  There are three forms of storage available with Seattle Community Media.

  1. All members can create a user account with Seattle Community Media.  This account comes with 50GB storage on our servers.  This space is for SCM related use only.  You will receive a warning as you approach your limit.  This usually happens when you reach approximately 85% capacity.  Once you hit capacity you will not have the ability to store anything more.
  2. You can check out a portable hard drive for storage use in the Community Room.
  3. When you upload your episodes to Seattle Community Media, Archive.org will also retain your program at their website, effectively storing a copy on their servers.
